About Us
J Sports Academy Day Camp is a high-quality and values-first summer sports camp where kids can get better at the sports they love—without the pressure.
Designed for kids entering grades 1–9, J Sports is hosted at the beautiful Masters School facilities in Dobbs Ferry, NY, and run by the Shames JCC. Campers spend their summer building real skills and technique with great coaches, all while having fun, being encouraged to try new things, and belonging to a supportive camp community.
We believe kids can take their sports seriously without taking themselves too seriously. J Sports is about meaningful development, building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and, most importantly, doing it all for the love of the game.

While on-site at The Masters School, J Sports campers spend their days on beautiful, professionally maintained athletic fields and courts, with the space and facilities to make every day feel like a true sports experience. And because hungry athletes need real fuel, campers enjoy a hot lunch with multiple stations and a fresh salad bar, prepared daily by The Masters School's culinary staff and served in their beautiful campus dining hall.

Our camp directors are seasoned veterans in the camp industry and dedicated to ensuring a fun and organized camp, bringing all the playfulness and joy of summer to the J Sports experience.
